The Luxe Club House
The Luxe Club House (LCH) is located in Luxe I, which will be a 3,000 square foot 2 story open floor plan space with a modern vibe. A relaxed atmosphere ideal for intimate conversations, small get togethers and private indoor / outdoor events. Accompanied with a preparation kitchen, bathrooms, shower and laundry room.

The Luxe Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Garage
The DIY Garage will be located in Luxe II and is intended to give you a fully equipped garage, where you can comfortably work on cars, detail them in a/c comfort, do projects with friends or get assistance from on call mechanics.
The Luxe Lounge
The Luxe Lounge will be located in Luxe II, which is fully designed for Florida living and lifestyle. Completely indoor / outdoor interactive with games and activity for all age groups, family, and friends. Both individual play and a little competition was the theme in our selection. All those toys, you simply do not have the space to put in your home.

The Luxe Detail and RV Support Area
The Luxe I, wash bay is a spacious 45 feet in length covered area that will accommodate even the largest RV’s or multiple cars at the same time. Equipped with all you need to keep your rides spotless. Also on location is a dump station to empty your grey & black water tanks for added convenience.
The Luxe Exhibition & Photo Area
Located in Luxe II, our exhibition area is designed to showcase your toys for photos and videos. Great setting for wedding or family shots too, of just a quite place to unwind and have a cool drink.
